ALABASTER CABIN - TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW Welcome to Alabaster Cabin! By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND CONTENT DISCLOSURE We strive for accuracy in our product representations. Please note that some visual content and descriptions may be created or enhanced using AI-assisted tools or provided by third-party suppliers to showcase product features. We ensure all imagery is intended to accurately represent the product you receive.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATION Orders are offers to purchase that we may accept or decline. Please review your order carefully. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately, as we may be unable to accommodate requests once an order is processed (typically within 1 hour of placement).

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change. You agree to provide accurate payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND LIABILITY Delivery timelines are good-faith approximations. Alabaster Cabin is not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier backlogs, weather). We cannot process refunds for items still in transit until the carrier officially declares the shipment lost. You are responsible for any costs incurred due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including all trademarks, text, and images, are either owned by Alabaster Cabin, licensed to us by third-party suppliers, or used with appropriate permissions. You may not reproduce or modify these materials without our consent.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS We may provide access to third-party tools. We do not control these resources and have no liability arising from their use.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Alabaster Cabin is powered by Shopify. You release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with us.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY POLICY Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. This does not override mandatory consumer protection laws in other jurisdictions.
